Talon has a deep heart for college students and the ministry of the BCM. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and later earned a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. During his time at Arkansas, he was actively involved in the BCM both as a student and as a staff member.
Talon has served five years on staff at the University of Arkansas BCM and two years as the Associate Campus Minister at the BCM at Virginia Tech. In Fall 2025, he began his role as the Campus Minister at the Jax State BCM.
He is committed to walking alongside students as they navigate life, faith, and calling, providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Outside of ministry, Talon enjoys sports (especially baseball), hiking, and finding creative ways to connect with others.
He is grateful to serve the students of Jax State and is excited to see how God continues to move on this campus.
